Developed as part of a collaborative business concept project, WeWork x IONNA reimagines an empty building in Savannah as a future-focused third space centered around productivity, wellness, and sustainable living. The concept transforms EV charging from a passive necessity into an immersive experience by combining workspace culture, hospitality, and eco-conscious design into one integrated environment.

Through extensive research, brand strategy, and spatial storytelling, the project explored how experiential environments can influence consumer behavior and foster stronger emotional connections within emerging lifestyle ecosystems. Using AI-assisted visualization and concept rendering, we brought the space to life through interior mockups, retail experiences, wellness areas, and community-driven environments designed to support both productivity and intentional living.
