This project, developed for the FSF Merchandising Case Study 2025, introduces a strategic partnership between Pandora’s craftsmanship and Sanrio’s iconic character universe, creating a unique opportunity at the intersection of jewelry and character-based fandom. The “Charmed with Love” collection transforms nostalgic icons into elevated, customizable charms, blending emotional connection with refined design.
By reimagining “cute culture” through a more sophisticated lens, the collaboration allows consumers to express individuality while engaging with meaningful, story driven pieces. Designed to attract existing audiences and new crossover consumers, the collection positions nostalgia as a personal, wearable identity, where every charm tells a story.
