A Comme des Garçons Pop-Up

ANTI is an experimental pop-up installation by Comme des Garçons, inspired by the brand’s values of deconstruction, innovation, and resistance to convention.

Conceived as a platform for emerging artists and designers, the space challenges traditional systems of fashion and art by shifting focus from product to process. Through a raw, immersive environment, ANTI gives new voices visibility, creating a living dialogue that reflects the radical vision of Rei Kawakubo.

The project is supported by spatial mapping, AI-generated visual mockups, and strategic frameworks, including KPIs and sales forecasting, bridging conceptual design with real-world application.
